An instant digital goods download feature is introduced. Each item can be associated with a particular file (digital goods). Upon the purchase, the shopping cart verifies the payment via the PayPal instant payment notification protocol and sends out an email to the customer with the links to the purchased digital goods.
A new file is created from the master file and is renamed to the unique name based on the order number. This scheme prevents unauthorized access to the digital goods.
Sale and digital good delivery is automated and does not require human intervention.
