A new plugin that provides the ability to limit the number of downloads was added.<br> Normally upon completion of the download, a file will be deleted from the server and will be no longer available for the download by the non-authorized users.<br> With the new plugin, an administrator can also deny public access to the file, limit the maximum download bandwidth, and limit access to the file to a specific IP address.
