"Version 2.9.4 - Minor feature enhancements"

The shipping plugin has been improved.
A flexible system of shipping and handling rates has been implemented, allowing discounts. Both shipping and handling can be enabled or disabled.

Any Paypal-supported currency can be used. Weight can be set in kg or lb.
