I did all as following your instruction but I am stuck at 11, similar to http://www.shoppingcart.org/paypalhelp/DCForumID1/10.html and when I click "edit" to change admin's password, 500 Internal Server Error message appears.

All .cgi and .pl files files under cgi-bin are changed to 755. The instruction showed I had to upload all content of www directory into the www directory
by BIN mode. I did it but I was still stuck at 11 so I deleted the file of ppipn.cgi under www directory and uploaded it by ASCII mode and changed permission to 755 but I still cannot change password of admin.

Following at http://www.shoppingcart.org/paypalhelp/DCForumID1/10.html, I changed permissions to 777 in the data/ and temp/ folders and the files in these folders under cgi-bin but nothing changed and still 500 Internal Server Error message appears. Now the files in these folders are back to 644. Permission of the cgi-bin folder itself is 777.

I tried from Mac OS 10.5.5 with firefox and safari and windows 2000 with firefox but I could not change password and always 500 Internal Server Error message appears.

Also there was a folder named Installation_Instructions_files in v3-5_SINGLE_USER and 33 files inside. The instruction manual does not explain what I have to do with them. Does anybody know what I should do this folder?
