"Locked out of admin"

My hosting company (iPower) recently migrated a client's site to their new platform. In the process of moving the site, they encrypted/locked down everything for the move. Now that the move is over, I can no longer access the admin area of the store. Can you tell me where to find the log-in info so that I can go in and manually reset the password for the store? The migration also broke the store *sigh* but I can't fix any of that until I can access admin. Thanks for any help, Cia |

I'm updating my previous posting. The problem seems to be that the server migration has caused a change in the file paths. However, as you guys installed the software for us, I'm not sure where the changes need to be made to reinstate the store. I've sent an email to Support asking for help. However, the last email I sent to Support (back in March) went unanswered. I'm hoping somebody will see this one.  Thanks. |
