"Changing an Image"

How do you change an image? When I edit the product item, the image download template is no longer vailable under the full edit menu.

Hello,

Make sure that you are doing Full edit, not Quick edit.

If you do not see any image upload field, go to " Cart Database Settings" and make sure that "Number of IMAGES per item" value is set at "1" or more (NOT zero).

If all of the above does not help, please e-mail to our support with cart admin panel and FTP login information.
