"Invalid login ??"

I have installed the software per the instructions.

Then I get the login screen. I use admin / pass and it gives me this error message back.

Invalid login. Try again.

Is there something not installed right? What now?

Please help!

I am getting the same issue, but I am also getting blank image icons, when I open the image in a new window, it goes to

Did I CHMOD something wrong?

I did the ASCII Upload and then the proper CHMOD per the PDF manual, including 777 folrers and files.

It appears that Mac OS X reserves ".anything" for system files only, therefore ".admin" and ".pptemp" would not upload because the OS refusd to let them onto the system to FTP since they are not system files for Mac OS, is there a way to say name these files "1.admin" and "1.pptemp" and then change the name once FTP'ed up to the server? Mac OS X reserves any file that starts with a "." for the system.
