"How to do a PPcal software update?"
 
   Please show us the correct process of doing the SW update PPCal Staff. I have my shopping cart almost perfected, and I do not want to start from ground 0 zero again. There aren’t instructions from the SW update zip file that we were giving. Is it as easy as just unzip the SW updates on your HD and then up load the exact folders to your server and over write everything?

   Hello,

If you re performing an update from v3.3 to 3.4 you should simply replace existing .cgi and .lib files with newly available.

Update to v3.5 is more involved, due to the fact that revisions were done to the database file structure. Please contact us with the FTP login information and we will assist you with an upgrade.

   I requested help on the software update a while ago, my emails are being replied. I tried the update my self, of course the update to 3.5 wiped out the 2 items I was selling. No big deal I recreated it. I thought I done the paths correctly and now my add to cart button does not work. I need help in making my add buttons to work again please. My error message is below.

   I emailed you, please do the software upgrade to 3.5. If you have start from ground zero- that is fine with me. I have only a few sale items to replicate. When I done the SW update to 3.5, my ADD to cart button shows but when pressed, it does not work. And my referred domains is mysite.com, I left out the www. And it still does not work. I need your help, I emailed you last night with the proper information.
