Please specify what shipping calculation option are you using?
Is it custom shipping, UPS or USPS?If you are using UPS or USPS, it could be that UPS or USPS server makes 36lb their max. allowed weight. Regards,

Hello, I reinstalled the program, now most of the items are defaulting to 31LBS. Every item but 2 weigh a lot less then 31LBS. Even when calculating items that are 15 LBS they default to 31 LBS when calculating the shipping. I E-Mailed you my info, im thinking its a bug in the version i have. Thanks |
