Q: If someone buys a product and I want to send a free gift, but I want the S&H to be charged to the whole order including the gift, how can I do this?
A: One way would be to create a gift item with the price of $0.00 and a weight value. If added into the cart this item won't change the price, but it would affect the shipping. If $0.00 does not work because of the paypal limitations, try to set the price for the "free" item to $.0.01
