A: Yes. Both UPS and USPS shipping rates in our shopping cart are calculated based on the combined weight of the items in the cart and zip codes. Rates are provided directly by the UPS / USPS servers and match with the actual UPS / USPS rates that you would get in the UPS store or USPS post office.
