A: If you have Startup version of the shopping cart, you will need IPN plugin to make inventory management work. All other packages support inventory management. IPN allows direct communication between SHOPPINGCART.ORG cart and PayPal website.
In order to activate inventory management for a particular item in the database, please make sure that check box “inventory management” is checked in. If inventory management is enabled, make sure that “in-stock quantity” is larger than zero.
